UPS: 10002: The XML document is well formed but the document is not valid

    TWT,

I'm getting this error on one of my orders:

    Code:
UPS: 10002: The XML document is well formed but the document is not valid
Also, when I hit the browser's BACK button, I notice the STATE field changes to whatever I have in the Billing Address field...which is different for the shipping address, in this case.

    Any help?

I got it...the product's WEIGHT wasn't defined (my bad). I was going to delete this post, but thought it'd be better to keep up in case someone else has the same Error #.

I see this error too often. Yeah, I know it's the Admins responsibility to enter product data, but the weight field should be mandatory and blank by default so the Admin HAS to enter something.

I see too many orders get lost because one item in the cart does not have a weight entered.

To TWT: Please make the weight field mandatory and blank by default
