    Chris, as the owner of the company, could you please.....

    tell me how much longer my support will be available.

    When I purchased this cart in december of last year with the promise that my support will be renewed when 4.0 came out, I assumed that I would be able to get support for longer than my initial year.

    I asked you before in a different post and the question was ignored.

    I responded to the email that I received telling me my year was almost up, that too was ignored.

    I opened a ticket to get support for coding that was incorrect and asked there too, that was ignored.

    How can I find out the answer to this question? When did 4.0 come out and how do I get my year of support pushed forward to a year from THAT date as promised?

    I never saw any post regarding your question so I apologize. Also, license status emails are automated and don't lead back to anyones email box. That is probably why you never got a response. If you give me your ticket number though I can look into your question and your license status.

    i just replied to you guys via the ticket with my username/password to my server/ftp program. could you delete that info when you go to the ticket so that I don't have to change my password and all that is associated with that username/password.

    It would be great if you could do away with tickets not using ssl since you guys request sensitive info all the time via that system. It should really be encrypted all the time. Don't you think?
